The International Trade Consortium (ITC) advises on issues affecting the Miami-Dade County's international trade agenda, assists staff in establishing yearly measurable objectives, establishes program priorities, and recommends the agency's budget for consideration by the Mayor and County Commission.
The Mayor and the Board of County Commissioners appoint citizen volunteers from the public and private sectors to the ITC and the key economic development agencies in the community also appoint representatives to the ITC Board.
