Economic resilience can take many forms, including enhancing a company's linguistic capacity in order to reach and grow in a diversity of markets for which bilingual talent is an untapped pool to drive a company's competitiveness. How can bilingualism be an opportunity for business development? What are the best ways to attract skilled French-speaking workers to companies where French is the minority language? To what extent can bilingualism drive economic resilience?
